My Why:
I have loved functional fitness for nearly a decade. It is a methodology that never stops challenging my skills or fitness. It has prepared me for the challenges of everyday life - whether it be a full day on the slopes, carrying all the grocery bags up the stairs in one trip because I'm stubborn, or getting me 'dad-fit' to carry my daughter with those groceries. It also never fails to create a community of like-minded, great people. What better way to spend an hour (or more) of your day then getting fit and spending time with friends
Favorite Movement/Lift:
Clean. Whether it be a heavy single or light hang cleans, there's something fun and fulfilling about banging that bar against your thighs and it landing on your shoulders!
Fun Fact:
I met my wife at a gym and we've got a 3-year old daughter who loves being at the gym with us! Hopefully she finds her place at the gym just as Jill and I have.
