30 Single Arm KB/DB OH or Front Rack Lunges (15R/15L)

20 Single Arm KB/DB Thrusters (10R/10L)

1 Mile Run

20 Single Arm KB/DB Thrusters (10R/10L)

30 Single Arm KB/DB OH or Front Rack Lunges (15R/15L)

40 Single Arm KB/DB Swings (20R/20L)

*You pick the weight. Make it challenging. If equipment is an issue and it's too light, add 10 reps to each movement.

**No KB or DB? Do Good Mornings, Lunges and Jump Squats. (weighted with odd object if possible)
