*Start at 60% and work up if possible
A2) HS Walk 5x25ft or HS Walk Practice or Wall Walks 5x3

60 Toes to Bar or Hanging Knee Raises
40 OH Squats or Front Squats
20 OH Lunges or Front Rack Lunges
T1- You pick the weight

20 DB OH Lunges or DB Front Rack Lunges
