Come in, we'll show you around, walk you through what we do and how we do it — then we'll warm you up, put you through a workout, and make sure you have a great time.
Private Assessment
Switching gyms or just moved to the area? All prospective members must pass at least one private assessment before joining our group classes. You'll demonstrate competency in the movements, lifts, and exercises we use daily — and meet our conditioning and mobility standards. If additional sessions are needed, we'll tell you exactly what to work on.
Private Coaching
Ready to start today? Your path into EGA begins with 10 one-on-one, one-hour private coaching sessions. You'll learn every movement, lift, and exercise in our programming — at the right weights and scaled to your body. We'll cover nutrition, mobility, and flexibility so you step into your first group class already knowing the ropes.
