T3- 225/155 DL, 135/95 Bench, 155/105 PC
T4- 275/185 DL, 185/125 Bench, 185/125 PC
*Each person starts at a station. Rotate once everyone has completed the reps for that round. Once everyone has completed all 3 exercises, proceed to next round.
