20 Glute Bridges w/ 2 sec pause at top

20 Jump Squats

A1) 5x (3 Deadlifts + 5 RDLs)

*Start at 60% and work up

A2) HSPU or Pushups 5x 5-10

B) 5 Rounds For Time:

30 Double Unders or 50 Single Unders

20 KB Swings

10 Single Arm KB Thruster (5R/5L)

Home Version:
