A1) 7x (2 Hang Snatch + Snatch)

*Start at 60% of 1RM Snatch and work up as high as 80%.  

A2) Skin the Cats, Strict Toes to Bar, Straight Legged Toes to Bar or Progressions 5x 5-7

B) For Time:

80 Double Unders or 150 Single Unders

60 DB Snatches

40 Pullups

20 Burpees


T1- Scale as needed

T2- 45/30

T3- 50/35

T4- 50/35 and Chest to Bar Pullups

 

Mobility -

1:00 Foam Roll IT Band each side

1:00 Side Lying T-Spine Rotation each side 

1:00 Foam Roll Lats

1:00 Pigeon Stretch each side

20 Cat/Cows
