A1) 5x (3 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks)

*Start at 60% of 1RM Push Press and work up

A2) Weighted Pullups, Strict Pullups or Pullup Progressions 5x5

B) For Time:

50 Wallballs

40 Chest to Bar Pullups, Pullups or Ring Rows

30 Thrusters

20 Chest to Bar Pullups, Pullups or Ring Rows

10 Hang Squat Snatches

40 DB Rows or Alternating Single Leg V-Ups
