A1) 7x (Hang Muscle Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch)

*Start at 50% of 1RM Snatch and work up as high as 70%.  

A2) Skin the Cats, Strict Toes to Bar, Straight Legged Toes to Bar or Progressions 5x 5-7

B) 4 Rounds For Time:

200m Run

10 DB Snatches

1 Rope Climb or 5 Strict Pullups or 10 Ring Rows


T1- Scale as needed

T2- 45/30 DB and Strict Pullups

T3 and T4- 45/30 and Rope Climbs


Mobility -

1:00 Foam Roll IT Band each side

1:00 Side Lying T-Spine Rotation each side 

1:00 Foam Roll Lats

1:00 Pigeon Stretch each side

20 Cat/Cows
