T3- 115/75 BB and 45/30 DB or 53/35 KB
Competitor- 135/95 BB and 50/35 DB or 53/35 KB
*Athlete does amrap of barbell complex while Athlete B does the carry. Switch after each carry.
**Barbell complex is capped at 4 rounds per carry. If you finish, you rest until your partner returns from the carry.
***You pick up where your partner left off on the barbell. You may complete that round plus another 4 if you have time.
