*One athlete does a Farmer's Carry while the other works on the chipper. Switch every 100m.
**Once the KB swings are completed. No more carries, just alternated on machine. Switch as needed.
T1- You pick the weights.
T2- 75/55 BB and 53/35 KB
T3- 95/65 BB and 53/35 KB
